Tanno Rudra Prachodayat
Meaning of Mantra:
Om, let me meditate on the Great Purusha,
Oh, greatest God, give me higher intellect,
and let God Rudra illuminate my mind.
A 24-syllable Shiv Gayatri Mantra is as follows:-
"ॐ भूर्भुव स्वः
ॐ तत् पुरुषाय विद्महे
महादेवाय धीमहि
तन्नो रुद्रः प्रचोदयात् "
Gayatri Mantra is a 24-syllable mantra in Sanskrit. It needs to start with 'Om bhur (पृथ्वी, भू लोक), bhuva (वायु ), swaha (अग़्नि) ' in order to complete its form as a 24-syllable mantra. During creation of this 'Srishti' Gayatri mantra is originated in Sanskrit in this form only. Gayatri mantra is only one, which is a prayer to 'Brahm' (ब्रह्म) to guide our intellect to walk on righteous path and to incline oneself towards that Supreme consciousness. "ॐ भूर्भुव स्वः
